Parasites

Sound like something you can only contract traveling abroad or in some country with sketchy street food? no way. Parasites are one of the most common things we see as practitioners.

Testing for them can be tricky. Picking them up on a stool test is rare and we like to say “if you see them on a stool test.. great. If not, it doesn’t mean they aren’t there.” crazy huh?

I have had multiple patients see worms in the toilet and their stool test still says “negative” for parasites. Bummer! But we can still treat them!

common symptoms

Symptoms of parasites can be all over the place.

Some of the most common are:

  • anxiety + mood disturbances

  • stomach pain after eating

  • itching (anal in particular)

  • ticks or movements of the body

  • digestion is off - diarrhea or constipation

  • poor sleep (especially around a full moon)

  • nausea

  • bloating

    and more

how do we get parasites

This answer unfortunately isn’t always straight forward… but some of the ways are:

  • sushi

  • travel

  • water

  • our animals + pets

  • low stomach acid allowing in unwanted bugs

Most of the population has lower than desired stomach acid. Stomach acid or HCl acts as a natural antibiotic immediately killing bugs upon entrance into the stomach. Our stomach acid gets lowered due to stress, coffee, poor food choices etc.

how do we get rid of them

simple.

I love doing parasite cleanses with my patients and they can be life changing. How can you do one?

  1. go to www.cellcore.com

  2. register for a customer account

  3. use my patient direct code Pn6zOLKZ

  4. I would choose gut cleanse or full moon kit

Same dosing for gut cleanse

Can start with lower dose if you are sensitive

I would advise you work with me or a practitioner as I am unable to offer medical advice if you aren’t my patient. I also feel like you should have the tools to help heal yourself!! Feel free to email me with questions!

Happy healing!
